How it works:

When you report a parent (Make A Complaint), the only information required is the parents name, the child's name and birth date. This information goes to a secure online data base. When you are logged-in, you have access to the information which you submitted (Current Complaints) and you can review it, edit it or delete it at any time. When you subscribe, you can search the data base by entering the child's name and birthdate. A hit will bring up all the data recorded by a complaining daycare.

You may want to include in your policies that anyone who leaves owing money will be reported to this agency; however, this information does not go on their credit report.
